Register for 2012 Little League

2012 ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE.  WE ARE ALSO ACCEPTING MAIL-IN REGISTRATIONS. 

 After completing the following steps, Click here to begin.

Before registering, please complete the following steps:

1)

Confirm that you live within SPALL boundaries:  Click here to confirm.
2) Confirm the League Age(s) of your player(s):  Click here to confirm.
3) Confirm the division(s) in which you will register:  Click here to confirm.  Players League Age 9+ who did not play in Majors last year are eligible for Majors tryouts in 2012.
4) Ensure that you have the necessary forms to complete and return to SPALL.**  These forms include: 
   a). Medical Release.  To print or save, click here.
   b). Parental Code of Conduct.  To print or save, click here.
   c). Volunteer Form.  To be submitted if you intend to volunteer in any capacity.  Please note that an adult is not allowed on the field to assist in any way without having a completed Volunteer Form on file.  To print or save, click here.
 

 d). Each player must have a copy of his/her birth certificate on file with SPALL.  Your child will not be allowed to play without a copy on file.  Birth certificates need not be submitted if provided in previous seasons.  For all new players, a birth certificate copy must be provided.

**Note: completed forms are required for Little League play.  They may be returned to SPALL via regular mail, as an e-mail attachment to info@spallweb.com, or you may drop them off at walk-in registration on February 4, 2012.  SPALL's mailing address is:  PO Box 2205, S. Portland, 04116-2205.
